For hires over two days, please phone (discounted rate).

1. Identification
   Hirers will be required to produce both parts of their driving licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement and a valid credit/debit card.
2. Payment
   A sum sufficient to cover the full cost of hire plus a deposit of £150. (Please note that we take a £300.00 deposit on 9-seater minibuses). Payment must be taken from a valid debit / credit card.
3. Age Limits
   Drivers must be over 23 and under 75 years of age. Special conditions apply for those under 25 and those over 70 years of age. (drivers between the ages of 23-25 and 70-75 will be subject to a daily surcharge of £5.00).
4. Driver Eligibility
   Drivers must have held a full U.K. licence for at least 2 years. Each licence must be free from endorsements other then 2 speeding or technical offences; any more must be referred to our insurance company for authorisation. On no account should a vehicle leave the premises without us seeing your licence. If you have lost your licence, it will cost £5 to obtain the details from the DVLA. Additional drivers will be charged at £15 per driver per hire.
5. Rates
   Rates include insurance and maintenance, but exclude diesel, oil and tyre repair.
6. Insurance
   All vehicles are covered by fully comprehensive insurance but the hirer is liable for the first £500.00 of damage. We can offer a collision damage waiver (CDW) at £12.00 plus VAT per day or £60.00 plus VAT per week subject to conditions (minibuses are excluded from any waiver). 7. Mileage
   Excess mileage will be charged for at our discretion.
   5 hour hire- maximum 100 miles
   24 hour hire- maximum 400 miles
   7 day hire- maximum 1000 miles
   5 hour hires are to take place within our opening hours. Weekend hires run from Friday 5:00pm - Monday 8:30am.
8. Vehicles are not allowed outside mainland Britain without prior consent. Full European use is available (additional charges and conditions apply).
9. Vehicle Conditions
   Hirers must ensure vehicles are returned in a clean condition. If vehicles are returned in an unsatisfactory condition, customers will be subjected to a £25 fine.
10. Breakdown Cover
    All vehicles are covered by full AA membership.
